Garden and landscape construction in Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Cologne & NRW – every service from one firm

New builds and remodelling: with garden design and garden planning we develop a concept with you that fits the plot, the budget and the amount of upkeep you are willing to take on – from the low-maintenance terraced-house garden in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim to the terraced hillside garden in Wuppertal-Cronenberg. The classic landscaping trades build on that foundation: paving and pathways for driveways, courtyards and garden paths with a load-bearing sub-base built to the recognised rules of the trade (DIN 18318, ZTV Wegebau); patio construction in porcelain stoneware, natural stone, concrete slabs, timber or WPC; fencing and privacy screens from double-bar mesh fencing (Doppelstabmattenzaun) to WPC screening panels; and wall building with dry-stone walls, L-shaped concrete units and gabions to stabilise a slope. Earthworks and excavation – digging out, levelling, clearing and soil exchange with a mini digger (Minibagger) – are handled in the same run, as are garden irrigation with pop-up sprinklers or drip lines and drainage against waterlogging on lawns, patios and yards.

Greenery and upkeep: lawns and turf – new lawns, turf laying, scarifying, overseeding and lawn renovation –, hedge trimming and shrub care within the permitted cutting season (hard cutbacks only from 1 October to the end of February, § 39 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act, Bundesnaturschutzgesetz), tree felling and tree care including the application under the relevant tree protection by-law (Baumschutzsatzung) and stump grinding, plus ongoing garden maintenance on a maintenance contract (Pflegevertrag) or as a one-off visit. For property managers, homeowners' associations and commercial clients we combine garden maintenance with winter service under the municipal clearing and gritting duty (Räum- und Streupflicht) and with our caretaker and grounds maintenance service – one contract, one contact, all year round. Green waste, spoil and rubble go with us and are disposed of properly; there is no need for you to order a skip.

Rooted in the region: our base in the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis sits exactly between the Bergisches Land and the Rhine corridor – and that shapes our work. In Wuppertal, Schwelm and Ennepetal we deal with slopes, heavy clay or shallow stony soils and around 1,200 mm of rainfall a year: here the questions are retaining walls, steps, drainage and moss in the lawn. In Düsseldorf, Meerbusch and Cologne, by contrast, we find the sandy loam soils of the Rhine plain, larger lawns, dry summers that call for irrigation, and stricter tree protection by-laws (Baumschutzsatzung: Düsseldorf and Cologne from 80 cm trunk circumference, Wuppertal from 100 cm, Meerbusch with a duty to notify) – we know the rules and submit the applications for you. Via the A1, A46, A43 and A3 we are quickly on site in all six core cities and across the Kreis Mettmann, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss and the Ruhr area.

How we work: an enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, a free on-site visit, then a fixed-price quote in which every item – materials, labour, machinery, disposal – is set out so you can follow it. So that you have a rough idea in advance, every service page gives non-binding guide prices including VAT: paving complete with sub-base roughly €80–250 per m², patio construction roughly €100–300 per m² depending on the surface, turf laying roughly €20–50 per m², a double-bar mesh fence fitted roughly €75–160 per linear metre, garden maintenance roughly €45–65 per hour. The price only becomes binding after the site visit – but then it stays that way. Private clients can deduct 20 % of the labour costs from their tax under § 35a of the Income Tax Act (§ 35a EStG): up to €1,200 a year for tradesmen's services such as paving, patio or fence construction, and up to €4,000 a year for household-related services such as garden maintenance, hedge trimming or winter service; we show the labour costs separately on the invoice.
