As soon as the Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern) issues us with a business identification number (Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer) under § 139c AO, it will be added here. We do not publish our tax number (Steuernummer); it is not one of the mandatory details required by § 5 DDG.

Professional title and chamber membership

Professional title: Garten- und Landschaftsbau (garden and landscape construction; gardener specialising in landscaping – Gärtner, Fachrichtung Garten- und Landschaftsbau) – awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Landscape gardening is not a licensed trade under Annex A to the German Trade and Crafts Code (Anlage A zur Handwerksordnung), and the professional title is not regulated by law. A supervisory authority within the meaning of § 5 (1) no. 3 DDG therefore does not have to be stated for our line of work. Should individual services require entry in the register of skilled crafts (Handwerksrolle), the following additionally applies: [Zuständige Handwerkskammer, Anschrift, Betriebsnummer].

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Businesses of our size (no more than ten employees as at 31 December of the previous year) are not subject to any statutory obligation to participate.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (OS-Plattform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. A reference to that platform is therefore no longer required and is omitted without replacement.
